Bricks brings in version 1.10 a improved performance and Exciting innovations for the Bricksbuilder: Preview for templates, new dynamic data functions (WooCommerce) and extended design options (e.g. lightbox). In addition, several long outstanding bugs have been fixed.
My personal highlights:
- Image preview for templates: From now on, Bricks automatically creates screenshots of templates and displays them as a preview. Previously, this was only possible manually.
- Fallback text and image for dynamic data: As a result, dynamic elements without text or image always receive a standard text or image. This fixes the case when a dynamic element (accidentally or intentionally) has no text or image. Previously nothing appeared here, now there is a standard text or image.
- New New Query Loop Trigger for product status (On sale, Featured, Hide out of stock, Upsell, Cross-sell) in WooCommerce: This makes it possible to display a product slider with only products that are on sale.
- Better lightboxes (Popups that display images in a kind of popup) with the thumbnail navigation: Modern presentation and significantly improved user-friendliness.
