From businessman to bachelor and software engineer to web designer based in Dubai
Schon immer hat mich die Auslandserfahrung gereizt. Im August 2021 habe ich den Mut gepackt und bin nach Dubai ausgewandert.
Mit dem Umzug bin ich von meinem Vollzeitjob als Software Engineer und Nebenbei-Selbständigkeit als Webdesigner in die Vollzeit-Selbständigkeit gewechselt.
Weil es immer die erste Frage ist: Warum eigentlich Dubai? Aus privaten Gründen war ich seit 2016 immer wieder in Dubai und wusste demnach die Stadt und Lebensqualität – vor allem die Grenzenlosigkeit und Sicherheit – zu schätzen.
In Dubai, business mindset and a positive attitude to life can be found like in hardly any other city. Dubai is also a perfect starting point for traveling.
Der Großteil meiner Kunden ist weiterhin aus Deutschland. Sie kommen aber auch aus Österreich, Schweiz, Spanien, Niederlande, Italien und den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten. Die Distanz und Zeitumstellung (2 Std. im Sommer bzw. 3 Std. im Winter) sind in der heutigen Zeit kein Problem mehr – im Gegenteil, man kann sie zu seinem Vorteil und die der Kunden nutzen.
