Digital solution for booking yacht trips in Dubai

Yacht Events Dubai organizes German-speaking yacht trips in Dubai and used to manage the registrations manually via WhatsApp.

As most holidaymakers plan their vacation in late summer, a digital solution was needed to enable customers to register digitally for the coming season.

Since Yacht Events Dubai had already prepared all the information perfectly, we were able to Landing page incl. CRM integration (for customer management and later automation) and Cookie-free conversion tracking Launch within one day.

Online payment or further automation was not yet desired or is not possible due to the current process. However, the system was set up in such a way that this could be integrated very easily in the future.

Problem

Until now, the entire information and registration process was extremely time-consuming. Inquiries were sent manually via WhatsApp, information was sent via PDF and registration via a PDF that interested parties had to fill out did not really work well.

Goal

As a first step, Yacht Events Dubai wanted to minimize the workload and ensure that all registrations work smoothly online. The next could be the integration of online payment and full automation of the entire registration process.
