The project VisualEvents
VisualEvents is part of DataSolid GmbH in Mönchengladbach and was to be created as a new brand for the CADdy++ event planning product.
This required a complete new branding are created. This was created in collaboration with another agency, so that this in line with the new website happened.
Christian Sons was not only looking for someone for the project, but also for a Long-term partners and contacts for the website.
Temporary integration of the old product logos for identification
In the rather simple Hero area, the biggest challenge was the implementation of the "old" logo of the software (CADdy++ event planning), which is still available in the old branding.
Otherwise, we work with a meaningful headline, a product teaser and tiles for the services.
The collaboration with Christian has brought forward quickly and purposefully. The suggestions and input regarding our website relaunch were great.
His Experience and expertisenot only in the Web designbut also in the Project managementwere the Key success factors in our project.
We will also be implementing the relaunch of another brand site with Christian.

Relaunch incl. rebranding and domain change
Integration of multi-step form with newsletter connection
GDPR-compliant tracking & Google Advertising
I continue to work with VisualEvents in the form of a individual retainers together.
2D vs. 3D comparison module for a clear distinction between the two techniques
As VisualEvents is a manufacturer of modern software, we always rely on technical gimmicks, such as a slider for the view between 2D and 3D.
Various call-to-actions for Flexible target group approach
VisualEvents offers your customers a free demo of your software and has meaningful information material that you send out depending on product interest. For this purpose, a type form was implemented that categorizes interested parties into selected segments in SendinBlue (newsletter tool) depending on their response.
In SendinBlue, one or more workflows are started (depending on the number of fields of interest specified) and the information material is sent.
Trust elements for Gaining trust the visitor
To build trust, well-known company logos of the customers are shown and reviews of these are presented in an appealing way. There are separate case studies for each of these projects under References (subpage), which provide insights into the collaboration.
Steady Analysis & further development the website
I have been working with VisualEvents since the project was completed in July 2022. I am the technical contact for all questions about the website, analyze visitor behavior, contribute new ideas for optimization and implement new functions. In the scroll image you can see how the homepage has changed so far.
Installation of a mega menu
As the content of the website continues to grow, the menu has been converted into a so-called mega menu.
There, visitors can find the information even more easily and can also navigate directly to the latest reference projects.
Joint implementation of a marketing campaign
A growth marketing campaign was launched in spring 2023 to gain an even more precise understanding of the target group. Visitor activities were analyzed and changes were made based on the findings.
For example, a new landing page was created that appeals to visitors in a more emotional way. The result was higher conversion rates and length of stay.
